This is a plain-language summary of how Adgentic works, written by us rather than by a lawyer. It has not been reviewed by one. If you need a contract you can rely on, ask and we will send the reviewed version.
What we collect about you
Your email address and name, your agency's name, and your billing details — which are held by Stripe, not by us. We never see or store a card number.
What we hold on your behalf
The contact records, messages, bookings and notes you create for your clients. We process these to run the product for you. We do not sell them, and we do not use them to train anything.
Website analytics
Our marketing pages count visits without cookies and without a third-party analytics vendor. A visitor is identified by a salted hash of IP address, browser and the current date, which cannot be reversed to an address and which stops joining up after 24 hours. That is why there is no cookie banner.
Who else is involved
Supabase hosts the database and authentication. Stripe handles payments. Inngest runs background jobs. Where you have connected them, Twilio, Google and Retell process messages and calls under your own accounts with those providers.
Getting your data out, or deleted
Email us and we will export or delete your account's data. Deletion removes the workspaces and everything in them.
